Very helpful

Just think about it...I never in my entire life wrote good things or bad things about anything but the service provided made me to delete the app and write this review. If you except delivery in one hour wake up it will take two hours and half. The guy who hand me my order looks unprofessional and he came with non-company car. I was chasing my order for two hours and believe if I didnt do that I guess there was a big chance my family wouldnt eat today. Company rep/dispatch office representative I am sure he should not work in service industry. Bottom line.... Dont even think about downloading it.... They succeed to made write before even eating my meal...I think this should be enough for all of you... Saudi Arabia_Jeddah

The App is very good and user friendly, but there is no customer support! you can not talk to a real person if you have questions!

Really bad - after i make my order i have to wait the restaurant to accept my order , and they dont accept it for more than 20 mins !! I had to delete it and write this

The only issue is that the time that is set in the app is deferent from the right time

The only reason I gave it one star is because that was the only way to rate it. App wouldnt even process my order then deleted my order TWICE. I wasted an hour waiting for this stupid thing to "process." Im trying GrubHub instead.
