I moved to the middle east some time ago and have ordered couple of times now. Amazing service and cool restaurants! Thanks hellofood!

Some bad moments

Ordered at 7PM, order was cancelled and I was called back to hear they had no delivery guy before 8PM. Ordered again at 8PM, order was cancelled again and I was called back to hear they finally had no delivery guy before 9PM. Guess what happened at 9PM? Anyway 50% of their deliveries have an issue, e.g. cancelled because the chef of the restaurant didnt show up, delivery guy has no change, or the delivery is just late versus what is promised. Im done.

If you live in the USA then dont download cause they wont deliver to us... No joke they give an option of countries to choose and the USA is not one

If u wait and time finishes. u still on the wait forever. If u want to cancel u cant. If u have more than one address they will come to first one and call!

I dont usually like to say negative things; however, the food never arrived and no one answered the contact number from the app. I only got a call once over an hour from my order, but my location was never precisely confirmed. Also, i didnt get a call after that letting me know that the food is not coming. So, thanks for keeping me hungry for 5 hours!! Im not using this app ever again!

What is the reason of adding GPS feature if it wont find my location. Old version eas better.

This app is recommended by someone but theres no kuwait i live in kuwait so you should put kuwait in this app (sorry for my bad english).
