This app was the best food app in saudi arabia , thanks hello food

They said it gonna take 60min. But it took 2 hr to get the food!! Plus, the food was cold. The delivery person called me 5 times to get my place even when I sent my location. Also, they have very very bad service. Each employee transferred my call to another employee with no result! I dont recommend it at all!! It was terrible try.

App is extremely easy to navigate and very user friendly. Staff at hellofood are also very responsive in addressing issues. However, wait time can be excessive.

The app itself is good, easy to explore, they call you to confirm the order just minutes after you place your order. Delivery time, well is a different topic, depending on restaurant, type of order, drivers available at the moment, etc... No bad experiences so far....

I was looking for online payment by Visa and finally I found it in this app.

I suggest using the location services to locate the home and make no room for error

Easy to use, quick response, accuracy in timing, simply... Perfect

I like it and its useful

Just two comment I might have, first, on ensuring list of the order with restaurant before pick up because some times they do mistakes in kind of drinks (between Pepsi diet to regular...). Second, I think still they need to expand there network of restaurants.

I really like it I tried a lot of different apps and ways to order food but this app is easy to use, useful and faster.

I would never recommend this app to anyone because of how poor my delivery was so bad that I canceled it! The person who delivered the massage cant even talk properly and doesnt know how to see my address clearly in the order!
